Relish Your Fitness

In here you’ll find our 12 week progressive workout series divided into 3 monthly strength and endurance building programs. This was designed specifically to help you build strength safely and effectively and build a healthy foundation from the inside out! You can go at your own pace and then celebrate your wins with your Relish group or post in the Facebook group and get friends to join you and move through it all together to keep you all accountable! In here we also have videos to explain modifications for all our exercises and an app by our partners, Chris and Heidi Powell, for those of you looking to kick your butts in gear with tailored workouts and calorie counting nutrition plans.

Weeks 1 to 4

This one month program gives you 1 strength workout a week with a daily planner to help you build the strength and endurance you need to support your body and build a healthy foundation for your Lighten Up journey. Now this month we’re building more strength! This series focuses on functional strength and connecting the core to the rest of the body. Weeks 9 - 12

The last month! Now we’re getting even stronger and we move into power moves. You’ll be walking away from this confident in your ability to move through life with ease. Challenge yourself to keep setting new goals, finding new practices, and sticking with this healthy and active routine you’ve now settled into! Download and follow along to Relish Progressive Fitness Plan and Workout Series Weeks 9 – 12 and you’ll be blown away by where you are at the end!

Relish Monthly Challenge Worksheet

We’ll be sending you monthly challenges each month by email to follow along and have some fun as we healthy up our routines and mindsets! Here is the challenge log you’ll be using. If you’d like, download it and run your own challenges! Here are some ideas:

  • Walk or Run a Marathon in a month – 30 days to get in 26.2 miles!
  • Get in 10,000 steps a day (or 8,000, or 5,000 – whatever pushes you a bit outside your comfort zone)
  • Meditate every day for a month
  • Journal every day for a month 
  • Sugar free – no added sugars in any of your meals or snacks (check your labels – any syrups or sugar-free alternatives also = sugar!)
  • Do ______ number of (insert a strength exercise of choice)
  • Go Vegan for a month
  • No dairy for a month
  • The possibilities are endless
